Good coaching encourages a love and continued desire to play the respective sport and, more importantly, requires a sense of community leadership. Coaches in our program are held to a very high standard to provide good examples on and off the field and practice impartiality to steward all children to their maximum potential. Attached to our registration form is a Code of Conduct with general guidelines for overall participation in the program and during games that must be signed as part of the enrollment process.

Similar to our expectations for coaches to conduct themselves in a manner that sets an excellent example for our children and inspires a sense of pride in our community, the same is expected from parents/guardians, players, and spectators associated with our team.
